Egg Souffle with Asparagus

Scramble 12 eggs in a bowl.

Pour in a 9 by 11 baking dish.

Add: 1.5 bags of cheese (of your choice)
1 20 oz bag of frozen asparagus/ 2 cans of asparagus (drain the juice)

Cook in the oven temp 415 degrees

Meatless Taco without the Shell

2 bags of frozen corn
1 bag of forzen peas
1 bag of frozen french cut green beans
Stir all three in a large pot

Add 2 cans of whole tomatoes (with the juice)

Stir untill vegatables haved thawed then pour out as much of the excess juice as you can.

Add 2 to 3 packs of taco seasoning
2 cans of beans ( what ever you like: black, red ect..)
6 scoops of Chia Seeds

Stir until the seasoning is throughly mixed in then divide evenly into six containers. Once divided out add 1/2 a cup of salsa to each container and if desired a little hot sauce.

And voila you have lunch for the week. Not that was quick and easy. Enjoy! Taste great.... See you next week.
