Bryan's Biography

Clinical Psychologist, Registered Dietitian, & USA Triathlon Certified Coach.

Bryan has a Doctorate degree in Psychology from Xavier University and a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati. He is an elite level triathlete having qualified for the Ironman WC, Ironman 70.3 WC, and ITU WC. He is also an ultra-runner, having completed 50K to 100-mile trail races. He believes in short frequent behaviors to produce lasting long-term success, thus the name Weekly Quickies.
